Regulation for modern life

At NeuroSense, we believe resilience is not about pushing harder, coping better, or adding, more to an already full life. It begins with understanding the body, organising the nervous system, and creating small daily practices that support regulation from the inside out.

NeuroSense is an integrated wellbeing model developed by a psychologist and occupational therapist. It brings together neuroscience, sensory integration, Polyvagal Theory, neuroplasticity and psychology to support resilience, regulation and sustainable wellbeing.

BODY

We begin with the body and sensory system - creating awareness of how sensory experiences influence regulation, resilience and daily functioning.

NERVOUS SYSTEM

We support regulation through rhythm, predictability, movement, breath, connection and nervous system safety.

MIND

We use reflection, meaning-making and hope to support sustainable resilience and long-term wellbeing

Regulation is not the same as relaxation. At NeuroSense, we do not prescribe one-size-fits-all practices. We help people understand their own nervous system, identify what supports their regulation, and build small, realistic practices into everyday life.
